Internship Details

Program: Blavatnik Internship Program & Robina Franklin Williams Internship Program

Schedule: Fall 2025
-
Location: In-person at CFR’s Washington, DC office (14–18 hours/week). Some positions may allow remote work.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour (all internships are paid)

Key Responsibilities

Assist CFR staff with preparing briefing materials
-
Conduct research using approved CFR databases
-
Write, review, and edit CFR content
-
Support staff with administrative tasks and cross-departmental collaboration

Help organize meetings and events

Qualifications
-
Interest in and knowledge of current foreign policy issues preferred
-
Completion of at least four semesters of college coursework (not including AP classes)
-
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy
-
