Key Responsibilities

Embody Scrum values: commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
Actively participate in team discussions, code reviews, and sprint demos.
Collaborate with Product Management and Design to understand business context and user needs.
Contribute to code modifications, refactoring, and bug fixes under mentorship.
Write basic queries, scripts, and data upgrades.
Support deployments and releases.
Complete documentation, design, and testing tasks as required.

Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Comfortable with C# (or equivalent), data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
Interest in web development (ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery).
Interest in Windows, IIS, and relational databases (SQL Server).
Familiarity with professional practices (TDD, Agile/Scrum, code reviews).
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
