About the Role
As the NRDC IT Internship recipient, you will be a key part of the IT team, helping them with helpdesk and AV support in the New York office. In essence, you will be responsible for the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end-user help requests. This includes the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of support functions with other members of the IT department. Therefore, this is a hybrid role, requiring your presence in the New York office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

For instance, providing comprehensive helpdesk support for the staff, which includes troubleshooting and resolving a variety of problems with client systems.

Additionally, assisting the local NY Technicians in monitoring and reporting connectivity problems with all NRDC resources—both network and cloud-based services.

Skills & Qualifications

You must be currently pursuing or have just completed an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
