About the Role


As the NRDC IT Internship recipient, you will be a key part of the IT team, helping them with helpdesk and AV support in the New York office. In essence, you will be responsible for the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end-user help requests. This includes the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of support functions with other members of the IT department. Therefore, this is a hybrid role, requiring your presence in the New York office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
