What You’ll Do as an HR Management Intern in This Human Resources Internship

As a Human Resources Intern, you will directly support the Human Resources Management Unit Chief. Specifically, your duties for this HR Intern role will include:

  • Data Management and Reporting: You will assist in collecting, managing, and analyzing HR data for reporting. This involves utilizing tools like Excel and Power BI. Furthermore, you will prepare and deliver monthly staffing reports to division heads. These reports will highlight trends in headcount, gender and geographic diversity, contract modalities, and vacancy rates. You will also provide monthly reports to division heads on performance management status and mandatory training completion. Additionally, you will support the HR Officer in building HR dashboards in Power BI. You’ll also assist in analyzing data on workplace well-being, staff engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. This is a crucial aspect of this HR administration internship.

  • Employee Relations and Communication: You will contribute to drafting internal communications about HR processes. Moreover, you will monitor the completion of mandatory staff training and performance management reports. This vital communication ensures smooth HR operations for the organization.

  • Administrative Support: You will offer support with general administrative tasks and various ad-hoc HR duties as required. This includes assisting in preparing HR-related reports, memos, and official correspondence. Candidate Profile: What You Bring to This HR Internship Role

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements to qualify for this Human Resources Intern opportunity:

  • You must be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

  • Alternatively, you must be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
