Key Responsibilities for this ICT Intern

Help integrate data from various internal and external sources.

Support the cleaning, transformation, and structuring of raw data for analytics.

Work with cloud services (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and/or data platforms.

Document processes and assist with data quality checks and debugging.

Collaborate with analysts, network administrators, and software engineers on data-related projects.

Assist with any additional tasks as determined by the circumstances and qualifications of the incumbent.
Qualifications and Experience for the Data Engineering Internship

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within six months) of an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Must have completed at least two years of an undergraduate program.

Must be a US resident, citizen, or hold an F-1 visa with OPT authorization.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages.

Basic understanding of data structures, APIs, and database concepts.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

This is an in-person internship located at the WFP Global Office in New York, USA. The internship lasts for 3 months and is renewable. Interns receive a monthly stipend of up to US$1,000.
